Due to the nature of our products, We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me if there is a problem with your purchase
I will accept cancellations if order is cancelled before product is shipped
If order arrives damaged, please contact us via email with a photo of damaged product within 3 days and we will gladly ship a replacement item to you
Shipping
Please allow 3 -5 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 3 days for your order to be shipped to you. Order comes via USPS and are shipped Monday - Friday. You will receive a tracking number via email when shipped. Any package marked delivered and you have not received it, you must contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
Any packages returned due to incorrect address, you will have to pay another shipping fee to have it reshipped
Refunds
Refunds will not be given if order has already been shipped or if you ordered the wrong item
